Brian went skydiving! As a part of our series at West Ridge called "One Month To Live," Brian wanted to cross something off of his bucket list. It was so amazing to watch; now the boys and I want to do it!
You are so awesome! I agree that the Lord puts women into our lives to mentor us. Typically we think of mentors as being older than the mentee (don't think this is spelled correctly LOL)...but I believe that age doesn't matter. For example, once you gave me some of the best advice about my older boys when your boys were just little. You were such an encouragement to me. I believe that as women, we must all be supportive of each other. Life is hard and anything we can learn from each other is golden. Love you, Amy!
The writings found in this blog are mostly written inbetween ballgames. What seems like endless hours as a sports taxi is turning into precious years passing much too quickly. In learning to capture what is truly important, my desire is to invest in my boys, their lives and their ballgames, while connecting with family and friends, the people of West Ridge Church, and women in ministry, particularly church planting. This blog contains excerpts from my life, my thoughts, my experiences and things that God is teaching me along the way.
