early valentines

We went out for valentines early!   We wanted a casual place and good food, so we chose Jim N Nick's.  We had a great time--but the best part was the chocolate pie--oh my gosh!  It was worth every single calorie.  They make their pies from scratch every morning, and the waitress told us that they have to get rid of them each night because they make new ones.  I think I should apply to work at Jim N Nick's so I can help them "get rid" of their "old" pies!

    Jim n Nick's is Shawn's and my absolute favorite BBQ joint. They originated in Alabama (where we're from)and we missed their yummy muffins,BBQ baked potatoes, sandwiches, and of course those famous pies! Now, we have a Jim n Nick's 15 minutes from our house! Nothing beats it! Shawn and I went out for an early celebration, too! We ventured down to Buckhead to the Atlanta Fish Market. The scallops were amazing!

    BTW, I love the pictures on your blog!
